CONTRACTING STEP 1:
After you receive your state license, you will then be registered in our Hierarchy Compensation Management System (HMCS). You will receive three emails in return...
a. Your HCMS Account setup link (must complete this step first)
b. A "Let's Get Contracted" welcome email from Jordan.Barnette@conquestbg.com
c. An email from Prosperity with a link to register for appointment with them (you cannot complete your appointment through Prosperity until you purchase E&O coverage in "Contracting Step 4")
CONTRACTING STEP 2:
- Complete Your Contracting Requests In SuranceBay
a. Make sure you watch the entire SuranceBay Overview Video and then get started.
b. Create your SuranceBay profile: HERE
***Please note you must use the link above EACH time you log into Surancebay!!!***
c. Request Contracts for all of the carriers listed, and confirm they move to BGA status
SuranceBay Statuses:

Producer: Go back through and confirm your contract request

BGA: Good Job, you have done it correctly and your contract has been sent to our home office
-
Carrier: FFL home office has sent your contract to the carrier
-
Discarded: Locate the reason, and email: jordan.barnette@conquestbg.com for help
d. Check your contracting request in SuranceBay daily for any notes on your requests
e. Make sure to keep an eye on your email - (Check your Spam/Trash folder) - as you will begin to receive your confirmation and appointment emails.
f. Please email jordan.barnette@conquestbg.com your agent writing number’s, for each company, as you receive them
*** Here is some helpful info when completing your SuranceBay ***

If you are a newly licensed agent, you can NOT create a SuranceBay account unless you are fully licensed and the license has been active for 72 hours,

If you have had a SuranceBay account with another IMO before, please verify the “create an account” page shows YOUR agency name, not the old name. Sign up as new user and use a new email.

CONTRACTING STEP 3:
- Complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Course
a. This must be completed within 24-48 hours of requesting carriers on SuranceBay
